A full property rental closes Three Otters to all but your group. With a full rental, your party gains access to all of our lodging spaces as well as the community structures including the River Kitchen, Grill Pavilion, Overlook Deck, and Bathhouse.

    • ​$1,700/night for up to 20 guests
    • $20/night for each additional guest

Kayaks, Canoes and Tube Rentals for Guests at Three Otters: We offer a flat rate fee for kayak, canoe and tube rentals of $125 for the duration of your stay. This gives your group unlimited use of our kayaks (~8), canoes (~3) and tubes (~20) along with paddles and life jackets.
