Just in case you missed it elsewhere on our site, we wanted to make you aware of a few important details before booking your trip to Three Otters:
Check-In / Check-Out and Quiet Hours: Check In: 4:00 pm; earlier hours can be accommodated Check Out: 12:00 pm; later hours can be accommodated Quiet Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am; quiet hours are strongly enforced, especially during peak season.
Firewood: We have a community campfire for which we provide firewood. We ask that you please do not bring your own firewood. Parking: Please note that there is no vehicle parking on lodging sites. When you arrive, you will park your vehicle in our lot, check in, and transfer your belongings to your lodging area. Don't worry, you won't have to walk too far! We'll have carts available to move your gear and, for those who need a hand, our staff is happy to provide assistance. Car Pool Incentive: We have limited parking, by design. We are, after all, an eco retreat and therefore encourage groups to travel to Three Otters in as few cars as possible. If your group arrives here in one vehicle (legally - everyone safely fastened in a seatbelt!), that’s great. However, if you need to bring more than one vehicle, we understand, but there will be an extra charge of $5/night for each additional vehicle per rental (e.g., per campsite, per tent cottage, etc.). Pop-Up Campers / Travel Trailers: If you are interested in bringing your camper or trailer to Three Otters, we do have a dump station and water use available. However, there are limitations on the size of camper or trailer that our facility can accommodate. Please contact us in advance to ensure that your camper or trailer is suitable for Three Otters. Work-Share Program: If you want to pitch in, please ask us about our work-share program, which can reduce camping rates by up to half (applies to campsites only).. For any other questions about your stay, such as our policies on electronics, alcohol/drugs, group rentals, etc., please see our FAQs.
